We always accept new patients for walk-in. If you are looking for a family doctor please contact the location closest to you to find out which physicians are accepting for family practice.

In normal circumstances we do accept walk-ins. At present, due to COVID-19, walk-ins will not be accepted. You must speak to the physician over the phone first and then you will be given an appointment to come in.

If your family physician is not available, or if you have an acute or urgent issue that cannot wait until he or she is available, we will book an appointment for you with one of the other physicians in the clinic. If your concern is not urgent, your appointment will be booked with your own physician when he or she is in.

When the office is closed, if you have a medical emergency please visit your nearest hospital emergency department. Outside of our regular clinic hours (can this be a link to the hours?), patients may also contact Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000 if the issue is urgent and can’t wait until we open in the morning. This phone number will connect you to a registered nurse who will assess your concerns and provide advice.

Please book an appointment with your physician at least one week prior to running out of your medications. You can also call your pharmacy and ask them to fax the prescription to us. Your physician will review the request and call you to confirm prior to faxing it back to the pharmacy.

Yes! Please bring your health card to every appointment and show the receptionists when you arrive. Please also have your health card ready when you book a phone consultation so we can validate it at the same time. Please notify us of any change to your address or phone number. Make sure to renew your health card before it expires. You will be required to pay for your visit if you do not have a valid health card.
